There could be another 10 hours of video showing a million nikkas shooting at him and it won't matter. It's not going to take away the gun charge or the attempted murder charge (firing into the crowd).

I'm not quite sure why nikkas are in here saying "let us see more video, it was probably self defense" when none of that matters. They have him on video firing a gun. What happens before doesn't matter to his case. Unless it's going to add MORE charges.

Troy negated any defense claim when he pursued whoever he went after. He was on the offensive.

And no he can't claim self defense in NY with a gun that never should have been in his possession. Incidents like this is why guns are illegal here.
