Not if it was done in self-defense. The facts are not clear enough for anyone to speculate. Troy could easily say he picked up someone else's gun and have other corroborate that it was not his and that he picked it up to fire back.

Even if you claim it was done in self defense, that still isn't a good defense considering he pursued someone running from him. It looks like retaliation, not self defense. If the video started off w/ Troy ave in the room already it might be a defense that could hold up But the fact he enters through another room with a gun to pursue someone people are claiming could be the person who shot him & his people still wouldn't hold up because then the question of if his life was really in danger etc since the person no longer was a threat w/o the gun etc and was fleeing
