Looks like Troy Ave aka Roland Collins hasn't been arraigned yet

I think you have to be arraigned within 48 hours of your arrest so we should know exactly what Troy is charged with within the next 24 hours

And before any of you clowns say something, Troy's govt name has been all over the Internet since the incident happened

If a street dude A is on the block chillin with a group of people, and street dude B comes around the corner and shoots street dude C, officers show up and for whatever reason try to pin the case on street dude A, not knowing that street dude D happened to catch the shooting on cam, is street dude A allowed to tell the police about the video that would clear his name ? No right? He's suppose to eat that charge and go up north or nah?
