Snitching has only 3 applications.

1. You commit a crime with a group of people, you get caught, they don't you give up their names for a lighter penalty.

2. You get caught doing a crime. You offer up information on other open cases for a lighter penalty.

3. You are a criminal or inmate in competition or conflict with another criminal and you report their operation to the police.
