Everyone can't leave and they should not leave. You remember Rita? 100 people died sitting on the freeway.
I came from the northeast going to the northwest. I left the house around 1am? I just got to my parents. It's flooded everywhere though. Coming 45 north trying to ale 610 west it looked like a lake. People driving the wrong way on streets and freeways. Abandoned cars all over the place. The one car was in a ditch I passed it once last night and again this morning the car is on wheels still spinning it's so eerie.
We just got power 10 minutes ago!!
Mama and I were downstairs at 4am watching KPRC while I was eating breakfast. At 4:20-something I heard my damn spoon lightly tap and this ugly train noise from a distance........
Me: Is that a twister?
Mama:
Power completely went out! House rambling!!!
Mama got in the closet and me in the bathroom with our lanterns just in time! Eventually it died down and I let her sleep but I stayed up the rest of the night. I saw Channel 2's twitter and folks were advised to not stay in the attic but to get on the roof..............thank God it didn't get that bad for us but dammit that's 3 twisters since yesterday morning we've hid from
It's very quiet here; all we ended up with was big branches in our front and backyard....just small puddles of water and that's it
but it's scary hearing a roaring noise in the dark.
I hope everyone else is okay!

Officials told people to stay put until they knew for sure. Not many places you could go anyway san antonio and central texas is catching it bad as well. Roads are gone now so at least people arent stranded on flooded roads.
Dallas brehs only people in texas with a breather, but they always got shyt going on weatherwise anyway
My sister and brother in law are doing fine so far.

My brother was supposed to catch a flight to dallas on Thursday but he decided to stay. I don't understand why he stayed. He's keeping us updated though.
