I'm not trying to scare anyone, I'm just sharing what I'm seeing, it is eventually going to weaken, just not at the moment because of the flat land on the Texas coast and the storm's interaction still with the Gulf of Mexico.

There's no need to put fear in anyone, Harvey is doing that himself. It's really a unique storm.
