My aunt in the nursing home has been located.
Got someone to check the house where my other aunt and uncle lived and they weren't there so they were rescued we just have to locate them now.

Conspiracy theories about controlling weather, come on.
Here's what it comes down to:
In contrast, saying the plan to box folks into those cities to put them in path for natural disasters would be a better, more logical argument and opens up queries and solutions to the actual problems. Maybe people will consider alternatives, even outside of the country rather than moving to those cities.
Anyways, prayers and best wishes to those people out in Houston.

- Those coastal cities in the south, by geographical location are more susceptible to hurricanes. It's common knowledge.
- It's also common knowledge that people move there from the other coastal cities because it's cheaper.
In contrast, saying the plan to box folks into those cities to put them in path for natural disasters would be a better, more logical argument and opens up queries and solutions to the actual problems. Maybe people will consider alternatives, even outside of the country rather than moving to those cities.
