My brother in law just posted a video of his neighborhood. It looks like nothing happened.

Remember Houston is huge 627 sq miles
The entire metro area is more than double that at 1660 sq miles.

There's areas that were hit and areas that weren't, still a huge population and area that did get hit. Even if your area wasn't hit you're still affected due to all major roads being impacted, majority of big businesses etc.

I understand. I just thought it was odd. He lives across the street from a major road and a shopping center and cars were driving around like normal.
