I think it all just depends. Certain characters definitely need that type of booking to maintain their aura like Taker, Kane, Bray, Goldberg, Big Show, etc.

This Rhea super push on Raw is limiting shine for a lot of other female favorites just like HHH did males wrestlers when he was on top of Raw. Thats what causes the backlash, The playing field not being even.

but the backlash is ENTIRELY online when it comes to Rhea (or Bianca for that matter, all the nerds on Reddit were complaining about her being Super Cena a year ago) because she still gets huge pops from the live audience. When the people were rebelling against Roman or Cena we could hear it in the crowd at the actual shows. Right now the audience still reacts accordingly, so until they start to boo Rhea in favor of someone else, there's really no need for the creative team to think to change shyt even if there's a segment of the online fanbase that is tired of it.

right now it seems like the only wrestler in the industry who is getting that "Stop pushing this person like that" reaction live is Adam Cole of all people (after his entrance, that is)

Supposedly McIntyre was brought back in earlier than planned to address Bronson Reed's injury. Cena is back next month as well.

It'll probably be Jey and Sami considering they're off doing the Bloodline program.

Rhea is overexposed and over pushed to the detriment of the rest of the women's division.

Liv Morgan is probably a top 2-5 wrestler in WWE this year purely based off where she was on the card before the Rumble compared to how over and credible she is now as a top champion. We could potentially have 2-3 more 2024 Liv Morgans if the rest of the women's division was booked even half as good.

Bayley could have easily had a 6 month redemption/ facing her demons arc as a face champion and have a 2-3 match program with Bianca. But HHH did not have any storytelling plans for her, and War Games proved that.

Rhea is still very over. The rest of the RAW women's division isn't. The reason why is because they've spent time on Rhea and nobody else. That's the thing though. He won't even give it a chance to happen. Look at how he stacked the SD women's roster to keep a lot of those women away from Rhea.

He won't allow her to feud with a Bianca, Bayley, Jade, etc. just because it might show her up.

She's definitely over as hell don't get me wrong. It's the entire reason she had to turn face in the first place. But she's definitely getting preferential booking that none of the other female wrestlers on the roster get.

I still don't see where Jey is on the card for WM41 except maybe the IC title.

I still don't think people understand how ridiculous the potential card for WM41 is and how many stars may end up either being left off or playing a smaller role.

You've got Cody, Roman and Dwayne. Punk is owed a WrestleMania main event assuming he stays healthy. It's Cena's last WM, he's almost certainly main eventing. AJ and Randy are not getting any younger. Logan Paul brings in an audience so he has a spot on the card. Gunther is over, Damian has to constantly protect his place on the main event scene.

Rhea Vs Liv at WM will be forced on us. Bianca and Bayley need something on the card. Hunter is not keeping a healthy Charlotte on the shelf.

Seth can be a team player.

And there are still about 10-20 upper mid carders to main eventers that I haven't mentioned, all on a 7-8 match card per night.

A lot of people won't be happy.

Rhea's been booked like one. Even her setbacks and Ls are used to just turn into bigger Ws that never seem to stop coming. They split her and Priest off JD and now they outchea booking JD like they're grunge Mexicools. Rhea had to drop the belt at the peak of her popularity and they're trying to get her back to that level but all it's doing is undermining the work.

Look at the things that get the biggest immediate fan support. It's when people are done wrong. Made to look vulnerable. I got nikkas who don't even fukk with WWE talmbout how they did Big E ffs. And that's the problem. Rhea never seemed actually hurt by Liv taking Dom, her stable, half her gimmick and her title. She just went straight to mad and vengeful.

That's what I mean by them Cena-ing her. They've turned her from a multifaceted character that was turned from heel to face through sheer fan adoration long before her storyline alignment actually change. But then they turned her into a caricature of who the fans liked. She's invulnerable, feared by everyone, and is only kept from the title through fukkery and numbers... which establishes that in WWE storyline she's basically unfukkwitable.

Let's put it this way. Rhea is Urkle. And we're in the late seasons. In the sense that; she became a standout part of an ensemble cast. Got featured more and more. Started to get feature episodes. But then they ODed. The character lost nuance and just became all their notable traits turned to 11. She stands tall even in situations she shouldn't, she charges in irrespective of logic and being outnumbered and manages to overcome anyway...

Current Rhea is a Mary-Sue She needs to lose clean at some point so she can have something to build back from. The women's division in this company is too good and there are too many good women in the wings for RAW to be devolved into lolRheaWins. Priest lost and if anything, he's more liked post-WHC than he was when he had it. Because he had to rebound from taking Ls and now is a character. Not a plot device.

Only people guaranteed to main event mania would be Rock, Roman, and maybe Cody. Everyone else get in where they fit in

I think the Rhea thing just sticks out more because you’re having Roman going through all these trials and tribulations to answer for all his fukkery over the years in contrast. He gets beaten down just as often as he stands tall, if not more so.

Meanwhile, it’s become formulaic with Rhea (it also doesn’t help the story since she started all this shyt in the first place and is now the hero. Liv is yet another justified heel): Liv is out there committing fukkery, Rhea’s music plays, Raquel is useless and gets dropped in 3-5 seconds, Liv runs, Rhea kills everyone else present. That’s almost every show now.

Liv should drop the title to Iyo. That way it keeps things fresh and we’re not right back at the same problem we were at the beginning of the year. Plus, Becky will be back soon, so that’s another factor to consider in all this.
