If Finn is still gonna be a heel, Jey and Sami don't get pushed down the card because they'll still need people to feud with him. And then it depends on whether or not he stays on Raw post-Mania or not... If anything, it means some of these heels that are still on the come-up like Kaiser and Reed are gonna have to cook a lil' longer, Kross and Gable are pretty much gonna stay where they are.
Kross has always been Hunter's pet project, so it'll be interesting to see if he doesn't push Kross for a Mania spot now that Kross is actually getting over.

Triple H probably still has guilt how he, Stephanie and Vince did Chyna once she found out about him cheating. Her life sprawled once she got let go and IDK if they even reconciled before she passed. Rhea resembles Chyna a lot, so he trying to overbooked her to resolved some internal guilt. We all know if Stephanie was still involved in booking, Rhea would have been either buried or had to go against better competition to not make her look as powerful.

Chelsea should get the Smackdown title. I find her character funny and she is killing with the promos on tv, X and IG.
