Guessing he felt the need to address the elephant in the room because his comment sections are flooded and/or he feels disrespected but can't outright say that. The "half glass full" tweet won't help him and he knows that card placement is very important to one's financial bottom line.
No matter what happens they can't justify his piss poor booking. HHH could've undid a lot of damage by putting the US belt on him, but he decided Nak needed a nonsense run instead. Cacs & c00ns using the growing pains/longterm booking argument sound absolutely stupid. Imagine thinking a 10yr vet who ran NXT needs to work his way up. :stopitslime:

That's the attitude that's going to keep him as a mid-carder forever. This reads like someone thinking that being positive towards the creative team is going to lead to big things.
We're going to amicably agree to disagree on this because his actions tend to lead to success while the opposite leads to burnt bridges. You have a tendency towards extremes; you're either this or you're that. You can be frustrated with management while maintaining utmost professionalism.

I've seen people with that attitude be elevated to leading entire branches, if not at the original corporation, at another and no one can say a bad word about them and their work speaks for itself. I've also seen the ones who go scorched earth and are very vocal in their discontent. 9 times outta 10 it ends up giving their opponents a free chance at labeling them problematic and difficult and that follows you, even if you produce, just ask T.O.

We don't live in an ideal society, that's Freshmen taking their first Ethics class talk. Melo is moving smart and even if he has to get it elsewhere, he's making sure they can never question his character.

We just had consummate professional and nice guy Bayley just come out and say the opposite.

Again, Melo's tweet isn't a bad deal, but, overall, the wrestling industry generally don't reward the "hard working professionals that keep their head in the grind stone."

It usually rewards a$$holes, willing to make ppl uncomfortable and use their leverage. Politics as usual.

Your response feeds into my point instead of rebutting it: after a certifiably HoF career, she's got the leverage to speak out directly. A tenured professor can make statements that a normal educator could not.

Bayley has probably felt like that for over a decade but we're just hearing about it now and people are listening because her character is undeniable.

Exactly, Two of the current top guys are people that tried to put the WWE out of business. Being grateful for losing just makes them more comfortable making you a glorified jobber.
