Damn. Not that I have any room to talk being an AEW stan though :yeshrug:

i think its more difficult for WWE cuz they still have the capabilities to draw decent crowds & can't afford to downgrade their arena sizes like AEW has been. All those smaller venues have been great & well received by the fans in attendance and viewers at home. But WWE has to mainly go to NBA/NHL ones or big arenas in cities where a team isn't located, sometimes one with a college team like Rupp in Kentucky or the UNC one. They need those cuz they need at least 10k capacity. Just a matter of how things are looking at the time whether they'll have to set their setup at a smaller or bigger capacity.

Right now its only Raw & SD until Summerslam. Then they back to Europe for another tour before the Paris show. Mostly in the UK tho there's a gap between early August and that in late August so lets see if they go to other countries out there during that time. But the 3 live events they were doing weekly is a thing of the past. Seems like they only doing holiday tours. Everyone forced to wait for a Raw or SD which of course gonna cost more.

I was just mentioning something about ratings in the AEW thread since there was talk about MAX potentially releasing some streaming numbers tho nothing guaranteed but it led to some comparison between both companies and it led me back to a thought that I've been having. Not comparing both companies but rather comparing WWE itself. Obviously it seems like SD numbers have been down overall since moving to USA. Now I may be crazy and maybe others may agree but would it seem that farfetched to see NXT pass SD in the ratings some day? Especially with how hot that brand has been in comparison. :jbhmm:

Sky is blue, grass is green, Karrion Kross is getting ANOTHER contract from Triple H

Karrion Kross’ WWE contract is up this year, per Fightful Select. Sources believe the deal ends sometime this summer, and say Kross has impressed some WWE officials with his ability to gain popularity via social media and with the TV time he’s gotten.

There's also been an increase not just in resort fees but also daily parking fees. The strip is squeezing out every dime they can from people.

Apparently as of today Netflix is the home of all WWE content in India. So those Netflix viewership numbers for Raw should be sending a big boost starting with next week’s episode since Netflix’s numbers are global numbers.

Ticket sales for WWE have slowly been dropping off some over the last 6 months. Rogers Center for Elimination Chamber, yeah they put 38,000 in there apparently (that was the announced number) but it's a place that holds well over 60,000 and they've done that a couple times that they've gone to Skydome

I wouldn't say it's "fatigue" yet.. SD! ratings have collapsed as well but the show hasn't been as meaningful as RAW. I think with the tickets it's more about the price hikes than fatigue.
