is it me or does the second guy resemble Ricky Starks? wouldn't be surprised if the names on that list are used for any of these characters.

Edit:

It's Saquon Shugars (aka Lucky Ali), Cutler James, Keanu Carver Osiris Griffin and Dion Lennox

any and all "Who?" memes are welcome šŸ˜„

One of them cats has the ā€œOsiris Griffinā€ moniker. Breh was breaking it down over several posts as it relates to his Egyptian heritage apparently
That's a new recruit, real name Joshua Black, not part of this group, at least from what I could figure out.

I posted his Tweet in the NXT thread here.

They brought them in and murdered people backstage. There was no where else to go from there unless they were gonna book some True Detective type shyt where they try to figure out who's behind everything and what they want.

But that would require them to get off whatever is going on with Bloodline, Cody, and Judgement Day. That wasn't gonna happen :russ:
I at least thought the feud with Kross’ group wrote itself but they never even broached that shyt.

I’ve found RAW to be good on a consistent basis.

Objectively speaking the shows are entertaining for what they are, but I agree with everyone else.

The road to Wrestlemania starts at the rumble. And it’s not feeling like a road to Wrestlemania.

Hhh has everything on cruise instead of going all out.

Rhea vs Iyo on raw is the first big move that had me like woah.
Yeah, Especially after that piff Rock & Roman gave us weekly last year :sadbron:

I guess, because of how quick his debut was, they weren't able to get all that legal jargon out the way and get the name licensed in time for his debut? (I don't know how this works plz don't flame me happy new year!!!)
He doesn’t have to sell his name to the WWE for WWE to use it. The talent just has to give or sell licensing rights to the WWE to use it while the talent still maintains ownership of the name.

Which obviously works in the best interest for both parties now that WWE isn’t forcing people to sell the rights to their name in order to use it or otherwise making them use a name WWE can have full ownership of into perpetuity. Easier for the talent and WWE to make money off merch when it’s using the talents name that everyone is used to using.

Happy for Starks even if I don’t see the hype.

I swear the loudest voices in the IWC on social media are 14 year olds. The arguments be dumb as hell when you sit and think about it. So what he’s in NXT lol

Wrestling fans have a perception of what is ā€œbadā€ when it really isn’t the case

Like some people think it’s a travesty that Finn Balor loses a lot or isn’t one of the top guys but when you think about it his career is successful af and he’s used all the time

I don’t get the fascination with fans wanting every wrestler to be top champion or it’s a bust…

Feels like nba ring discourse

And everybody worth a damn has to win all the time or else they are being buried. Well fine, who are you going to have lose then? Are these people just supposed to wrestler jobbers all the time so they never lose?

If you have two wrestlers or teams in a match and you say neither one should lose, then chances are you did a good job as a booker setting up a potentially unpredictable match featuring equal-leveled individuals that people are invested in seeing win.

Like no a$$hole, a main eventer is not getting fukking buried because he lost to another main eventer.

For the most part wins and losses don’t matter like that what matters is timing and context that can make or break someone in a W/L

It made since to complain about wins and loses and everything in between over ten years ago…. On a shytty roster, punk and Bryan where the only guys that really gave the company a jolt but they would be booked goofy while we got main events like John cena vs big show or whatever lol

Now that everyone on the roster is talented af— a lot of them are over af… losing to one another don’t really hold weight like that.

Plus if everyone won, especially the wwe title, nothing means anything

I boil down to a lot of complaints as ā€œmy personal favorites aren’t winningā€
