shyt like that happens in real sports too, Greg Olsen was supposed to be the lead analyst for the top FOX NFL games every week and then Brady retired and FOX offered him a giant bag to take that spot. I'm sure Greg wasn't thrilled but its not like he quit the company or anything.

So Corey is upset for being bumped from the main announce roster. Happened to JR 5 times. Happened to Cole multiple times. Happened to me multiple times. He is right he is really good at his job. But playing in the sandbox a little bit better might not hurt next time. Embrace whatever role you have and understand that you are lucky to have it. There are only 3-5 of these jobs at the highest level. Who knows maybe they asked him to be a part of a 3 man booth. We know he doesn’t like that. lol. Sorry had to. Last line a joke. The rest it’s the wrestling business. It happens.

Capitalism done as intended means extracting all of the value out of labor until they are used up or some(one/thing) comes along that they think will be better at producing more revenue and/or profit than their current labor. The suits probably calculated that the degree to which Corey is better at commentary than Pat will not result in the product losing more eyeballs than it will gain due to the differences in fame. For a guy who has notoriously shyt on labor and sided with the capital, I'm not sure why he didn't see this coming.

I still think this is a work, because if this is a shoot this would be one of the most deliciously ironic things that could happen to Graves and that's just too good to be true.
