Boozer doesn't outright say things, he'll link something similar to what's happening or some other hint, in this case it's from the lead up to the 2022 Rumble. He's just using that vid because it's Sasha returning at the Rumble. He's been 100% on his predictions that I've seen so as of right now, if he says she's coming then I believe she's coming.

I think he's a current WWE corporate employee, he posted some shyt around Crown Jewel that seemed to indicate this as being the case.
