1) When black men kill black men as civilians, they are usually prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
2) just cause black civilians kill each other doesn't give police license to kill black civilans unprovoked because they are held to a higher standard and they are here to protect and serve the public.
3) When Police kill black men, usually they are not charged with anything. If anything, they are fired, and reassigned to another county/district/city to do the same shyt.

this so called black on black crime is due to lack of opportunities for black people and racist housing practice. there will always be crime and most black people live around each other, so do whites and Asian. it's a stupid racist point.
