prosecutors are trash to begin with, they're just used to being handed easy wins. high profile trials always expose the fukk outta them, it's the first time they have to work
the one exception was was Chauvin trial. interestingly, one of the prosecutors from that trial is working this one as well, but he's the only one who isn't trash

A conviction seems unlikely in this situation. I'm seeing legal experts saying cops have the right to use lethal force in situations like these (suspect in a vehicle, cop perceives other officers are in danger).

If she accidentally went for the wrong weapon, she's pretty much admitting her fault and guilt, correct? PD also should be checked out if someone that passed training is out in the field making "mistakes" of this caliber

I remember a white teen, suspected of drugs IIRC, was shot and killed by cops trying to drive away. The cops weren't charged.
