His whole point is how the policing in the us is broken and these cops that they say are the good cops aren’t doing shyt to stop abuse of authority by their colleagues. I’m sure he knows that white folks and other groups aren’t as brutally terrorized as black people. There was the black cop who didn't draw his gun and the white cop did and the black cop was fired because he "put the white cop in danger"

the impetus of the video, & quite frankly the entire conversation here, is government sanctioned tyranny against black people. so noah tells us that black people just happened to be the most poor but the tyranny is not exclusive to black people. thus, bringing up 75-year-old caucasian protester martin gugino to support his point
