yeah man, I hate the idea of chopping down trees. It takes so fukking long for them to grow to that size and then you end it in seconds. The idea of ending in a minute what will take 20+ years to restore is crazy to me.

Even worse in the big forests where that shyt takes 100+ years to grow and they just chop down 50 acres of it like that.

Man I did shrooms one time and ended up standing in front of my refrigerator for 30 minutes straight. Every time I opened the door the light from the refrigerator was feeling like it was making me power up and feel good as hell. But then I would be like, it’s getting too powerful and close the door. Every living organism has a language a communicates with us in some manner. It’s not at all that crazy to think trees and flowers and other plants do as well.

We actually can understand it.

For example grass communicates with itself by releasing certain volatile chemicals when it’s cut. Which is why cut grass has such a strong smell, it’s actually a distress mechanism and other grass reacts to it. Thereby causing allergies.

It’s loosely related to your post, but i really do think this will be the future of people. I saw the writing on the wall when they were contemplating banning beef a few weeks ago. Ideally we can bypass all the middle men and just get our energy directly from the sun. And believe me, im not on some “3rd-eye” shroom mumbo-jumbo, Hear me out here


The sticking point is is synthesizing ATP(adenosine triphosphate) from sunlight and hydrocarbons in a lab. We don’t need the plants or the animals if we can generate this stuff ourselves. Effectively, the plants do this automatically, and the animals condense this energy so that bigger animals(us) can eat them and synthesize ATP, the energy source for all cells. It’s been years since I followed the research on this, but they were making progress in 2019.

This is the only way man can reconcile its energy needs and keep the moral/ethical value of life. Personally, I don’t care about this sanctity of life argument, I just think this method would be more efficient than what we do now.
