I don't blame any of them and instead look at the mechanics that cause such individuals
to exist.
People ignore the projects, police brutality, completely lopsided options for education,
and all the ills that come with low socioeconomic status and the concerted effort
to keep you there and instead point at what spawns out of it like "SEE ! I WAS RIGHT !" .

You'd have a point if K. Dot and J. Cole didn't hold Hov in such high regard.
With K. Dot considering Jay-z his own personal GOAT, not Nas.

^^^ BarNone gets it.

Nah, K. Dot was 100 times more excited for being in the same studio with Nas and Cole made a song called "Let Nas Down."

But this isn't me screaming "I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG" bullshyt. All I said that the likes of Travis Scott trying to dumb down Hip Hop so that he and only people that act like him can thrive. I don't have an ego and the likes of people's behaviors are indeed more than just their socioeconomic conditions. If that was the case, then we wouldn't have kids from the burbs acting like something/ something else for acceptance. Music does control people's subconscious shyt.

No nikka, its just click bait, its posting the most outrageous title possible to get the most people to view and reply to this thread, don't try that semantics bullshyt

So he didn't say that people should just move on with their lives and not cause disruption? He didn't say Mike Brown probably put himself in a position to get killed? Ebro asked him about the Ferguson situation and that's all he had to say? No RIP Mike, no condolences to the family, no critique towards the police officer, no critique towards the police brutality against peaceful protesters.
Imagine Mikes family listening to this shyt

this is pretty much a revamp of what was going on in the late 80's-90's when the old blacks (Panthers, Civil Rights activist, ect) were confronted with the new blacks (NWA gangsta rappers, Regan Era drug dealers, ect.)...this is the way these 90's kids feel...

and it's wrong...

eventually, they're going to go out into the world and grow up and really see how life is for a black man...

Well I mean you can say it isn't you screaming "I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG!!!" but threads
like these quickly become reaffirmations of peoples already firmly held beliefs.
This isn't restricted to you of course, it's a general sentiment expressed on this
website.

Also you can say "Nah", but Kendrick has already stated what he felt :

This is why he was so geeked to hear this :

just point that nikka to an era where these cacss were lynching brothers in 3 piece suits
A lot of 90s Babies haven't got there wake up call. I know a lot starting to get them as they enter the professional world.

Is black on black crime a problem in our communities....we already know this.

The bigger problem IMO is we also gotta worry about being taken out when we not even doing shyt by the people who are supposed to protect us. Those 2 aren't hand in hand. I hate when mufukkaz pull that shyt. :birdman:

Its not about what he said, its about what he didn't say which are the words "mike brown deserved to die", I don't give a fukk about none of that other shyt, he quoted Travis as saying something over the top and outrageous for clicks and posts, stop trying to turn this into something else, I don't give a fukk what Travis Scott thinks of Mike Brown, i'm just saying clickbait titles are fukking lame

They are hand in hand though.
