Its so crazy how the urge to c00n is so strong in this new "artist" types. They know they can't prosper in politically "conscious" environment (for lack of a better word) so they must attack and destroy any ideas that go against the worthless and materialistic themes in their music. These people excel at music only and most can't see the world past what's in front of them. The only reason this stuff annoys me is because of the platform they all have to be dumbasses. I'm not going to say going to say college = being educated and certainly not on race if one doesn't choose to explore that (see 85% of white college kids), but that +intellectual curiosity = the difference between J. Cole, John Legend, and other black actors vs. a bunch of these cats who never experienced a thing beyond their block and then dropped out of school is telling. Travis Scott is 21 years old and grew up in an affluent suburb and never experienced shyt...why you expecting the people who need to be educated about race the most to be the ones educating the masses about race

If he was truly ignorant he would just stay quiet or even stay on the fence on some "we need peace in the middle east, lets just love each other" shyt. But dude is making it very clear that he feels black people are the problem in this situation. Why? Becuz black people are the ones making him uncomfortable and white people would rather "move on" so he can continue living in his Ricardo Tisci designed post-racial fantasy land. I think these people are more perceptive than you give them credit for, even if they can't articulate it...
