For a breh that wants to properly ride the wave...how many actual projects has Travis had?

Just the rodeo album and this Brian McKnight album?

LOL...finally got finished listening to Travis' entire discography....and I must say....I'm a stan now. I'm a 36 year old stan of a 25 yr. old lean addict. :mjcry:

His music is incredible, brehs. You see the growth.:

"Owl Pharoah" was a good project with some hit n miss on there...he has flashes of lyrical brilliance and he showed a lot of it on this project. He was Shang Tsunging ALOTTA dudes on this project...I cannot lie...but he was/is great at that...there's an art to it, lol.

"Days before Rodeo" is :merchant: in terms of how much he improved. His flow was no longer choppy. He was meshing better with the featured artists. And the project had a cohesiveness that owl pharaoh tried to have but kinda failed at. He clearly found HIS lane. None of you can tell me Scott can't rhyme. His storytelling on "Grey" and "Backyard" is proof. He squared up with Big Sean on "Don't Play" too. :jbhmm:. "BACC" is a Future Shang Tsung if I've ever heard one, but I can't name too many actual Future songs that are better than "BACC".

Rodeo is a fukking classic...it's basically a hip hopera. The beats...the lyrics...the beat switches( :merchant: )...the features...the usage of guitars...the basslines...the hooks....haven't felt this way about an album since "Supreme Clientele". "Never catch me" was a BONUS TRACK and that's probably a top 5 TS track...I heard there's an OG version with more verses, tho...gotta find it.

Birds is dope but it's beneath Rodeo and probably tied with DBR....Birds just doesn't seem to be telling a story...it's just a bunch of great songs. It almost feels like an incredible mixtape. DBR and Rodeo told a story....hopefully "Astroworld" tells me a story.

Thanks for this thread, OP. You gave me a new artist to stan.:salute:
