Some CGI can look good, but most anime variants look incredibly garbage. If studios are gonna do that half-half s*** got to make it flow right at least, a animated series like Code Lyoko was cool with it.

It's cheaper and the being an animator in Japan has really lost it's appeal. Especially since it's now known that you don't get paid shyt as an animator, and pretty much will be living below the poverty line.
