You can’t gain 20-30 lbs of muscle in 3 months. Most of it will be water weight and fat. It would probably also make you more injury prone and fatigued because you’re in your 30s and your body won’t be used to running/jumping with that extra weight.:flabbynsick:

nikka you 35? Never played higher than HS and you said yourself you need to gain 20-30 lbs...at 35. Why TF would any reasonable professional team invest in you over someone damn near 15 years younger?
I know you said you not putting all your eggs in this but how you expect to make it if you don't put your all into this?
Take the eggs you placed in the go to the league basket and put em back in the carton cause you a few eggs short of a dozen upstairs :mjlol:

I just turned 27, I was using that as a reference. Wouldn’t even be a consideration if I was 35 :mjcry:

No highlights? Clips? Anything?

My high school didn’t have an athletics program so I just been ballin all my life at diff courts, dudes always been tellin me I’m nice but with a 9-5 I never made the time to put the work in. I’m in a league coming up in a few months so I plan to tape that alongside my practices before I try out. I’ll post.

My boy’s cousin was Winthrop’s all time 3 point leader, played ball in Europe for 10 years, trained with Steph and still couldn’t make a NBA roster at various points in his career.

No travel ball, just a few 21-29 highly competitive Men’s leagues.
6’6”….
I’m dunking off vert I have to measure it though. I usually drive into a pull-up or create separation and shoot. I have a long wingspan and and a quick release.
I had a full ride scholarship to a local Uni and got suspended only two weeks in on some mischief so just went into the workforce after that had affected my mental negatively for a while.

I said pro ball, but the NBA isn’t out of question though. Sounds like your boy’s cousin had some nice experiences but he’s not me so who knows what will happen on the journey. Not that they’re anybody but I’ve played with the Ball is Life boys down here in Sunrise n put up points on em.

Got about 2 hours of practice in today doing shooting drills like 2 dribble crossover pull-ups, 2 dribble behind the back pull ups and 2 dribble spot up shots…. followed up with fatigue free throws and dribble suicides. Best % was 13/17 from FT and 6/10 from 3 making 2 threes from corner wing and center going around. Got up about 500 shots.

Not gonna keep updating though unless anything substantial happens but I’ll be working….
