Krillin stayed on simp mode, remember that bulma looking chick he was with. She broke it off with him to get a train ran on her by a bunch of random dudes. Krillin went from a respectable level-headed warrior to one of the biggest simps in animated history. The saiyan saga showed that unlike goku, krillin actually had enough sense to get rid of threats. After the frieza saga, they threw that in the bushes.
