My ex had the same body loved eating health but didn't like to lifting weights ofm ex stomach was as flat as the chics above she would be a solid 7.9/ 8 . This body style looks okay to coo naked . My ex mother was bigger and older. Ol girl is a couple of cheese burgers away from being fat . The wall is fast approaching and she just turned 29 and she is already this big with no kids . Biology wise women peak at 25 after the age of 25 they BODIES are on borrowed time depending on diet and exercise . Bottom line if your going to hoe yourself out for likes and attention then dedicate yourself to your eating habits and body...that way you can your rotation of simps.

How this chick still semi flabby?

She lifts weights and has an "ok" diet but she ain't doing enough cardio.

I've been there. Solid but still chubby in some ways. To get by on straight lifting...your diet has to be 100% on point. Cardio, without eating too many extra calories, can make your gains pop better. She looks good.....having seen her up close, she has a small frame at 5'3" ish. Leaner in person than I thought. Not much room to add lbs.

Yeah see she's one of these chics that be in the weight room but to allll ass exercises. If I was her I would hit a different part of the abs everyday plus cardio . The older a women gets what you wanna pay attention to is the feet, back fat and stomach that will tell all you need to know about her ... Especially if she already has ass and it nice and sculptured and not just hanging .
