I know Demetria. I used to work for the station she worked for here in Dallas so some of my folks who still worked there would invite me to their events and she would be there. She is immature and used social media the wrong way. When that older white women made the comment about her appearance she didn’t say anything that no one had said to Demetria’s face repeatedly and that other viewers had said about her when they email or call the station. She let all of the body positive people gas her up plus the thirsty men here in Dallas who love a biracial woman. Seriously, I don’t understand why so many black men down south go crazy about her being mixed. She didn’t take care of her body and her clothes made her look sloppy. She’d go off script and monopolize other segments. I thought she was really cute at loved that she was Nigerian but she was so irksome she couldn’t even get a rich Nigerian here or in Houston. She had a major opportunity here in Dallas so when her 1-year contract was up she could have jumped somewhere better but she was unprofessional. And her makeup was atrocious. It made no sense for her to have such a beautiful face and plaster it with the wrong shade foundation and those clownish eyebrows. She filters the hell out of her IG pics which makes no sense. She doesn’t need it but she doesn’t want to do it the actual work to improve her makeup and her body spilling out at the waist in her clothes.
