Good question . I'm in Oklahoma so yes sadly she would stand out. If I'm in Houston or ATL even DC I just don't think she would . Put it like this if a girl lives in a small town and she is considered a 9. Let's say she moves to Houston as a in the city of Houston she becomes a 7 easily because of the location. Location is actually underrated when dealing with women.

Yes, but walk in any mall in Atlanta( from the hoods to the suburbs) and u can find plenty of women just as bad. The professional thot dress is the only thing that makes her really stand out. She’s a solid 8 in regular clothes.
