Try to get these younger kids in this career to understand that. Like it’s cool that you want to do something for yourself and I’ll never down anybody for that, but you’re giving up a guaranteed audience at a pretty respected tv station in Texas for an always fickle online audience.. shes doing so many different things and it’s hard to keep up with her. She really should stick to the food lane and see how far she could go there.

Depends on where you work. You’re right though. You’d think she could get paid off how big her name got especially after that last was hating on her. I mean there are news people who are still on tv but also use that job to parlay it into a decent social media following. Jeanette Reyes from DC did it and got super big.. she left news and seem to be doing well for herself. Plenty are still in and doing both their news job and social media
