She probably doesn’t want to do that though...... which I can understand and see. I know quite a few people that are in fields that they can go on and do like this big promotion type thing but they have their own reasons and just don’t wanna do it it.

Like one of my boys, his father built and created a construction business and they own a winery. When he became of age he couldn’t easily taking over it (the construction biz is literally named after him and with the winery named after his sister) but he didn’t want to do construction. He didn’t it a little growing up and even some after school but he decided to go into the medical field and he’s now happy doing that

People like your boy irritate me no offense. And maybe this should be an entirely different thread. But your boys dad literally built an entire company to pass on to his seed and his seed didn't want it.

That happens a lot in our community. I know a dude that owns a successful local company, wanted to give it to his son and his son doesn't want it. Instead his son is out driving a medical transit bus.
