Moon Knight in Gotham makes perfect sense, dudes even crazy like most of Batmans rogues. Daredevil, Punisher or Kingpin would also be good fits.

Cant think of any DC that would fit in Marvel, most are too underpowered or over powered. Maybe Static as a peer for Miles Morales?
