What’s up with Young dropping into coverage? It didn’t really burn the niners but I’m not a fan of it. I’m not a Wilks hater but he needs to cook up a better game plan in the 1st half of these games.

not really, their only DEs left opposed Bosa are Chase, Gregory and Robert Beal Jr. Robert Beal Jr was getting snaps yesterday and even in the GB day already. All of those dudes are mostly pass rushers...it is what it is

The second have no miss tackles or arm tackles and they won. I forgot what poster said it. But they called it like a fukking spade when he said it he thought it might be like the Minnesota game. Same shyt. Couldn't tackle for shyt. Couldn't cover for shyt.

He mentioned they went to man in the 2nd half.. that the zone was leaving too much in the middle.. it was obvious the lions run game was getting 4 yards before even seeing the first defender..we've seen it all year where they buckle down in the 2nd half..even as early as the first rams game. I don't know what needs to be done to adjust faster.

It’s pretty easy to pick apart a defense when all they run is Zone defense with no disguise. Look what happened when he disguised it. They ran a mesh thinking it was man and dropped into zone. Our defense is too predictable with the talent we have out there. He needs to trust his players more.

It looked like a lot of it was over pursuing. Detroit has some fast and agile players, and they used the misdirection and angles that we use too.

I also think it's easier to miss tackles when the offense is taking it to you vs penetrating and forcing the offensive player to move side to side.

Man we better blow these guys out. If this game is close i'm gonna feel like a knick fan in the 90s playing Mike. Yes Purdy these last 2 weeks got us 2 gritty wins late thanks to his arm and legs. But Mahomes is different.

I'm worried about our defense and lack of pash rush and our run game softness. We better address that shyt. If Kelce isn't doubled on every fukking play then i know something.

Their defense is legit straight up. The halftime adjustments they make and hlw they choke teams out in the second half is something we need to be ready for. Deebo gonna need to have the game of his life
