I am glad we won but I told you this game was not a 'gimme' with that said a win is a win and a lot of questions were answered. Brock CAN play in adversity and Shanny for all his flaws adjusted in crunch time. Onward to the NFC Championship.

Shanny adjusted but it took him forever. When this offense is humming along to his script we look like world beaters but the second something starts going wrong it's like he can't just say 'ok, Deebo is hurt so let's do this instead..."

You saw that on the opening drive of the third quarter. Trying to run Jennings? Come the fukk on lol.

I'll give Shanny credit because he stayed in it and finally adjusted to get the win but damn.

That's kinda my point, I love Jauan as a 3rd option and as a 3rd down target but that's his ceiling. He doesn't show up at all when he has to be WR2. I think we gotta start looking for depth in the position because the one we have right now is down right bad and if next season Debo or BA are injured we are fukked.

the coaching and brock had a week knowing its likely raining

thankfully shytty weather is mostly in the AFC but damn...I dont know if I can give a QB a big contract knowing his accuracy is dogshyt in the rain

Tampa…

Feel like we match up better against them

I feel like Tampa is going to win. They're tough to run against, but their pass defense is suspect. If Goff has to pass 35 times, he's gonna put the ball in harms way.

The Detroit secondary is ass and Tampa has 2 good receivers. As long as Baker plays clean, I think they'll win.

brock really didnt play well

now the analysts who said we wanna see him play mediocre but then be clutch, yeah for those guys I think a box got checked

but his accuracy disappearing in the rain is a problem. he already is all about accuracy and anticipation because arm is mediocre

I feel like the issue is that Purdy is just trying to do too much when things don't go according to plan, so when the rain causes him to fukk up a few early plays, he tries to force the team back on beat. I think being the weak link on a star-studded offense as QB is mentally tough, he tries to play up to their level. This is mainly on Kyle though because he keeps putting him in positions to be exposed. But I think it will pay off in the long term as a baptism by fire and he gets more comfortable making plays in those contexts. Like, even by next season he should be more settled down in bad positions and be less in awe of the offense.
