this is an emotional post we lost the superbowl because mahomes/hill were special and the defense gave up a 10pt lead in the 4th. Kyle has been one of the best coaches in the league the last 5 years with a mediocre qb and 4-5 different rb this is the best QB/Rb combo we have had under shanny and we have been to a bowl and multple championship games if its one thing kyle does is win in the playoffsI think this is why it's so frustrating when a big game -specially a playoff one- is on the line, andKyle goes away from the thing that's working just because he trusts his schemes and plays too damn much. We lost a SB and a NFCCG because for some unknown reason he went away from Deebo and bailed on running the ball (after a couple of short gains/stops by the opposing defense). And then the flow of the offense went to shyt and our QB was never able to make hero plays to save our asses from our HC getting in his own head.
All I want is for this fukker to prove me wrong, and I'm still waiting

Nope 12 carries by Raheem is why the Niners lost. They really could have put that game away if they ran him more.
This dude had 18 TDs this season.
I believe he didn't even miss any games this season or missed very few. So that proves my point, that there is something going on with the way they practice. Injury prone players leave the Niners and aren't like that anymore.

The defense got an INT to stop a 6 minute drive by KC (that started in the 3rd qtr) and left the clock with 11 minutes to play. Then we go 5 plays and out (with passes on 2nd & 3rd down, none to Deebo and none made to keep the clock running). Then Mahomes does what he's supposed to do and finally gets TD.
What do we do as a response? We go three & out, again passing on 2nd down (after Mostert got 5 yards on 1st btw) and 3rd down, once again none to Deebo and none made to keep the clock running. We only take 1 minute off the clock.
Then Mahomes torches the defense again and we are down. What we do as a response? We run with Mostert and get 17 yards, we have three time outs, time is not an issue this drive. We never run again. We target Deebo once. Jimmy G misses an open Sanders for the heroic TD
By that point the defense had held KC to 24 points and our offense stopped working for no real reason. Would've been ideal if the defense holds up the whole game like Tampa did a couple of years later? Goddamn right it would've been. But if by the start of the game you would've told me we were going to have a 20-10 lead with 11 minutes to go after an INT and both offense and defense shyt the bed, I'd would've asked how the fukk did we not squeeze that clock because of course Mahomes was going to go full Mahomes.
And then it happened again against the Rams, it was pretty much the exact same scenario and in that game the defense actually held L.A to two field goals and kept giving the offense a chance

Here's something I don't understand about the Shanny criticisms. 2020 season they were ravaged by injuries and COVID had everything fukked up.
Last year once again ravaged by injuries and they literally have no QB in the NFCG.
2019 they make the Super Bowl with Jimmy G.
2021 they made the NFCG with Jimmy G.
How is that not a remarkable run to this point?

The most important thing you mentioned in that whole post is "Jimmy G"
Was Shanny perfect with his playcalling? No... but teams that win the Super Bowl usually get bailed out by their QB at some point and Jimmy G always played the absolute worst possible game he could play at the wrong time.
He begged to give the Dallas game away. We only won because it's Dallas. He missed open receivers against KC. He was putrid against the Rams.

I've told you this for years. You basically asking me for patience and and a level head when I just want a fukking ring because this squad has a roster fully capable of winning a ship. The losses we've had have been either injuries or chocking jobs lead by our HC. Yes, the same HC that is also able to get us there and even turn seasons around for a deep playoff run. I want the fukker to actually win us one, not to just get us there.
If you ask me again "then who would yo make the HC" I'll answer you beforehand: with the same answer as always: I don't fukking know.
SB rings don't come with super genius HCs -dynasties do, but I just want 1 fukking SB, lol I'm not that damn greedy- and most of the time it's a coach that had the right roster at the right time and took full advantage of it. I want Kyle to be that guy, but all I've seen the last 5 years is that he gets in his own way and is the main reason we keep falling short.
Which is way I've been saying "no excuses" for like 6 months straight. Now watch us lose because Moody fukks up a kick and you'll be saying "it's not Kyle's fault Moody can't make a clutch FG" or something

A coach like Mike Tomlin would definitely have a few rings with this roster. He rarely has a roster like this. When he did his short coming was the fukking Patriots. The Michael Jordan of football.
Shanny has never had that damn near impossible team to beat. He just shoots himself in the foot.
It's so cringe to see him with that dumb look on his face when his play calling is ass.
The frustrating part is if he just let someone call the plays we wouldn't even be having this conversation.
