Boomer Esiason was the first person to say that Brock Purdy had some of the mental traits of an elite QB and that Purdy reminded him of Joe Montana.

I bet Brock has him and Steve Young on speed dial.

We'll have the advantage in Seattle on Thursday with Geno being hurt, but y'all are running a little too fast with Brock right now. The Bucs have the 30th ranked defense and they lost Lavonte David mid game.

It was a great performance, but Sherm claiming Brock is on Pat's level as face of the league is nuts. Pat is a two Super Bowl winning, two time MVP, 5 straight AFC championships at home level QB to become the face of the league. Putting him on the level of Joe and Steve before any real playoff success is kinda bonkers too.

This throw at 19:00 is fukking insane brehs :dead:

No wonder there's gonna be times he gets picked like in the Vikings and Bengals game were you end up :dwillhuh: how did that INT happen. Dude has crazy trust in Aiyuk and any small error or miscommunication between the two could end badly because these anticipation passes are wild :dead:

But when it's hitting, boy oh boy :whew: @yseJ

yeah, theres a very small margin of error there. thats one of the things I worry with bad weather etc....if its windy and raining a bit how good will those throws be ?

Thats is my thing. Brock Purdy has the balls to take a risk and it has made all the difference.

I think we just gonna have to learn to live with it though, I much rather have Brock always having confidence in himself and his WR than becoming too scared. Of course I also hope he learns when to do these throws and when not to, but I don't expect that to happen this season.

This is what I am saying. Let the young homie cook. His development is advanced. You can tell he watches his own film and tries to improve.
