Yep. The main people still buying toys are millenials, who were probably the last generation to regularly play with them. But that's a niche market and Toys R Us didn't tap into that. They want collectibles, statues, and model kits, and Toys R Us always had a terrible selection for all that except Legos.

Not true. I work for a freight forwarding company and I see barbie townhouses, legos, paw patrol, toy swords, American Girl dolls, etc. all the time
