I didn't see any mention of Bo Peep. I think they regret giving her so much screentime in the last one, so they're going to pretend that didn't happen.
The movie will start with Woody and Bo trying to save some lost toys and the technology kills Bo in a shootout because the tech has automatic weapons. Woody becomes older, fat, and depressed, and he realizes he was only a lost toy because Bo was. He's like "fukk that" and goes back to the old toys. Bonnie doesn't even play with toys anymore and spends her days on the screen. Woody, Buzz, and Jessie declare war on the technology for killing Bo and it leads to everybody going to the mattresses, so nobody's earning.
The movie ends with Andy finding Woody in his college dorm room. He's about to graduate. He sees Woody there, doesn't even question it, and no answer is given as to what happened to the other characters.
Toy Story 6 reveals all of this to be a dream.
