What Megan chooses to do is irrelevant, the fact still stands, do not speak about anything regarding an ongoing case. Let your lawyer speak.

And he has the right to speak about anything, that doesn’t mean that it’s legally the correct thing to do. He could be facing attempted murder, people dissing him are not or even involved or have any knowledge at all, they are not in the same position to speak freely

Please tell where he or anyone else advised him not to speak on the case.

At this point im sure he wouldve mentioned that by now. Ive heard like 5 songs off the album and he hasnt said that...

Meanwhile Torey was in hiding being depressed and allowing Megan to control the depiction of the case. That doesnt make sense.

If anything, he did the shyt and was feeling hellas stupid and practicing - flght or flight - he choose flight and ran. Now, months later whe things have died down he wants to pitch a case of innocence.

In a way, I think he thought his "fans" would speak up for him against Megan, because prior to this, she would alot of unfair hate just like hes getting now with the short jokes. He felt he was the bigger artist. That IG shyt haf him gassed.

He got his ass humbled and now wants to make album full of him rapping simp shyt.

Lastly, he had every right to defend himself against the short jokes, that had zero to do with the case

Silence doesn’t equate to guilt and in court cases you can’t imply someone’s guilt from their refusal to take the stand or pleading the fif during cross-examination. I understand it looks bad but the onus is on Meg to prove her case. All the evidence is circumstantial at best and could lead to the conclusion that people seem to believe on social media but realistically if people were to scrutinise her case more closely there could be potential holes in her version of events. This is a reasonable and fair assessment of the situation that people could hold without taking sides.

what’s crazy is Twitter has become the court of public opinion and so tribalistic that you can’t even say that without people projecting some bullshyt on you like some of the other posters have raised earlier i.e. misogyny, internalised racism, condoning domestic violence etc. Given that Meg was the party who could press charges, I would question why she hasn’t. And if it’s to protect Torey I doubt it because she wouldn’t have spoken about the incident at all and I would argue what she has done is already hurting him.

But this is all subject to speculation. What’s really concerning is people have 100% taken her version of events as fact when she hasn’t established it beyond reasonable doubt.

So...just to recap:


Tory NEVER admitted that he shot Megan. In that TMZ article it said the text he sent her after the incident was an apology” for what happened. He NEVER said that he shot her. But for whatever reason people are just going with it saying that he admitted to it

Also..the LAPD released a statement saying that the injuries to her foot pertained to glass. Not bullet wounds...

(And when that report came out coincidently that’s when Megan went on IG and shouted that Tory shot her)

He has NOT been charged on shooting her. At all. Especially since she kept switching up her story..

Also...up to this point, Tory remained silent while Megan was the one pushing the issue.


Now having said all that





























this album knocks

However, this will fall on deaf ears. The court of public opinion already made up their mind about him. And it didn’t help that this album is pretty much his version of Robin Thicke’s “Paula” mixed with Ja Rule’s “Blood In Your Eye”

Tory basically says he still loves her, misses her, and wants to rekindle their relationship

And at the same time he calls her out for lying, and goes at EVERYBODY that spoke out against him. His diss to Chance was so disrespectful and so dismissive

His response to Bun B was some real shyt.

And his response to Kehlani and JoJo taking his verse off their songs was funny too because there was some truth to it.


Them backshots must have been LEGENDARY for him to drop an ENTIRE album dedicated to her


But at the end of the day, the general public is on Megan’s side. Evidence or not. Her record is number 1, she is one of Time Magazine’s most influential people of 2020, and she is going to perform on SNL in a few weeks. Tory has no chance. He just gotta take that L..

Every single lawyer will tell you not to say anything about an ongoing case. So yes it’s cancel culture. From day one it was he shot her cause he’s a short homo, Megan talking changed nothing, everyone who said anything had already made up their mind and attacked anyone not agreeing with them. Probably calling Instagram and Twitter to get him removed.

I like cancel culture, when people who are proven to have violated get canceled. But not when people just rush to conclusion without any evidence.
