Regent Park has changed a lot over the last 5 years..there are condo developments now (one of our clients is the builder), Royal Bank (first bank there, I believe), Tim's, Sobeys, Paintbox Bistro, Daniels Spectrum etc.

But a lot of those people have been/are being pushed out of that area...and eventually, it will clean up (gentrification)...new condos = higher property value...people who bought in 2008/2009 are selling for a lot more in 2013...the "junkies" aren't going to be able to afford to live there.
