It empowered a bunch of poor black people to assimilate under white supremacy but not the other way around.
We've experienced more socio-political progress in the last 50 years, than in the 3 centuries that preceded it. In a micro level, non-violent marching has brought attention to events of injustice, and/or discrimination (Trayvon Martin recent example). Brothas put they lives on the line to improve conditions for black men and women through non-violent protests and marching. It shouldnt be THE ONLY strategy for self, and collective improvement, but what you wrote is terribly offensive and I think you should take it back, fam.

I take nothing back, I'm entitled to my opinion. Marching is a tool for the powerless, people with power lobby. I ain't never seen a jew march before, have you?

These people are feminists so they know we are operating in a sexist society where women's bodies are commodified and seen purely as objects for sexual use, so fanning any flames in a direction that would cause distraction to the other calls for equality (pay, representation, etc.) is backwards. They are basically calling attention away from their message.
