Now that I've read the story.. He purposely pleaded guilty to all those charges in hopes of getting probation why did he do that? Bad advice, bad advice, bad advice yet again

hold up hold up hold up...not condoning violence against women, but after watching the video how the fukk does somegone go to jail for 3 years for that? plenty of regular people as well as athletes, both amateur and professional have done far worse and gotten off easy...unless like homie said above that the charges come with a mandatory sentence, this seems like a case of a judge taking matters in their own hands and trying to make an example out of someone....and where is the "kidnapping"?

And I agree with the second point as a father Id want to lay hands on him personally. However I wouldnt even want him to be locked up for 3 years for what was shown on the tape(ive seen far worse violent incidents where the offender got probation), a year tops would satisfy me, and Id be there to beat the shyt out of him upon his release

What you see as a bump can be interpreted as assault under the law. I cant front i have personally used similar tactics to write up employees when i was a manager.

We all know that because of the color of our skin there will be no pitty upon us if found guilty of these shyt. Our best bet is to KNOW these laws and avoid putting ourselves in a position where they can be used against us.

It bothers me that most kids cant stay out of trouble with the law. Cry racism all you want but a lot of times we DO these crimes and be like when we get caught

there's no reason for that.

and all this "he's a good kid" crap needs to stop...I've lived over 30 years...and I've never kicked a woman lying on the ground...and I've had plenty of horrible relationships...so there's no excuse for this...none
