2. Civil War
3. Infinity War
4. Guardians of the Galaxy
5. Iron Man

The near misses:
BP - TChalla doesn't stand out enough in the movie. Hell, neither does BP.
Endgame - Time Heist sequence is mostly annoying expect for Rhodey/Nebula's 2mins, Hawkeye/Widow.
Guardians 2, Thor & Doc Strange - hate the endings

GoG2? One of the worst MCU films hands down.

Infinity War is up there for me too, but I watched and enjoyed those 5 movies the most.

Tough to rate these as standalone movies though. If only looking at them as standalone movies most of these are sequels that assume that you watched the movies preluding them. Out of these probably only GoG and Ragnarok are movies that would be similarly enjoyable to someone who hasn't watched MCU stuff before.
