The Raptors were never "trying" to tank. They're just ass and Nurse didn't know what he was doing. On top of people missing games to whatever circumstances. Everyone outside the org wants them to tank because the writing is on the wall but I can guarantee you no one in the organization wants to tank. Everyone would have to be legit shut down for that to happen.

Cant say for sure what it is because alot of the moves conflict with what you think..letting Ibaka walk and signing Baynes and Alex Len sure look like tanking moves....Then the team got to .500 and they broke it up and traded away Powell for Trent which is clearly for the future and not for this year....

They could probably tank next year too. There's no way they'll be playing in Toronto until 2022
