Yea they did against Charlotte in Tampa. That 3 minute stint in the 3rd tonight where nobody was making a shot was critical Boston was either missing or Raps were playing good defense but couldn't score. I knew the game was lost. This team doesn't play well from behind. i actually was surprised they won against Memphis especially after being down in after the 3rd quarter so it is so important for them to be close (single digit deficit in the third) or else it may be a wrap unless the opposing team is at the very bottom i.e washington

That’s why I don’t buy it when casuals call FVV an impact player. He just isn’t. Dude is either on or ice cold.

Also Nurse needs to stop playing these fukking lineups where it’s one starter with four bench players. That shyt puts us into too many holes too often. Also call quicker timeouts. Also, throw a fukking zone out there if you can’t stop the drive and kicks. Also, don’t play Baynes in the fourth quarter.
The players didn’t play well but the coach also needs to put them in the position to succeed. Nurse needs to understand that sometimes you have to start the fourth with your best players, give them a blow at the 7 minute mark and then bring em back in. Can’t put FVV and four bench players out there and expect to eat into an 8 pt deficit which quickly because a double digit deficit before he had to bring Siakam back in early anyway.

Nurse is a product of this years team,its all mediocre right down to coaching....IN a game like this where everyones clearly fatigued it would have made sense to play some zone 2-3...we never tried it once.We kept overhelping in the lane and getting beat in the corners all night...
Nick Nurse has been just as mediocre as this teams 12-14 record would indicate...
Exactly. That motherfukker supposed to be creative but there ain’t none of that this year and tonight is a great example of that.

He needs to extend that bench as well why isnt Matt Thomas playing but only in garbage minutes in 4th quarter blowouts.
