OK but at the same time people were refuting the claims about the movie's lack of profits? Did they have insider info?Box office predictions aren't nearly the same thing tho.
One is a simple figure anyone can name.
The other takes indepth knowledge and insider details that the average person simply doesn't have access to.
It's like album sales (physicals), anyone can guess at album sales but once we start talking about what rappers actually earn from an album I'mat anyone who claims to know the details.
I like to keep it simple, people were wrong in their statements and look silly in hindsight in both the cases we brought up.
