Kobe has had better teams than LeBron has ever had, yes that includes Miami. Furthermore, he's never faced Finals opposition as potent as LeBron has, at least in the last two years with Golden State. Maybe the 08 Celtics.

LeBron being favourite only twice is not a knock on Bron, it's a testament to what he's had to come up against.

What if MJ came up against a team in the Finals that had Bird, Magic and Drexler hypothetically? His team wouldn't be favourite. Would you knock him for it if he lost? Come on now...

You're clearly lost.

Lebrons "finals opposition" was Kobes gauntlet.
He had to go through the west during a time when there were legendary teams.

Lebron had a cakewalk all the way to the Finals every single year.

The years Kobe was head of the team he didn't have significantly harder runs than Bron

you forget the toughest years were with Shaq as the main man...

Bron has always been the main man

Because after 2004 San Antonio nor Dallas won an NBA champion. Because KG wasn't in the West, he always played In Boston. /sarcasm

Like who?:mjlol: List these teams and what makes them so legendary.

Dude you're clearly not a basketball head. In the Western conference it sometimes took 50 wins to make it as a 7th seed.

Yet in the Eastern conference the bottom 2 or 3 teams were at, or below .500 win pct. :what:

Come on this is common fukking knowledge.:beli:

I gotta go with Bron. He may one day surpass KAJ or Jordan but that day hasn't arrived yet. Give him another couple of titles and then we may have a legit argument. But those two are the peak and they will be very hard to move off my all time list. That's just how great both of them were.

Yeah and where's yours and all these other whining nikkas arguments? :camby:

A guy who's had a better prime/peak while being a far better defender and scorer than Magic, who already rivals his longevity. More MVPs, tied for Finals MVPs (even though Magic shouldn't have one of them).

Also I remember some dude last poll saying all the ppl voting for Magic just gonna vote Kareem, I'm voting Bron in this one because I think Bron needs to finish off his career and build a bit stronger longevity case to pass Kareem. So Kareem for now but by the end of LBJ career he'll be above him as 2nd GOAT.

Great poll so far besides Wilt being overrated imo, Kobe should be above him.

I can acknowledge that with Magic it's arguable, but at this point I just can't see how LeBron's had a better career than Kareem

Kareem: 6x champion, 2x FMVP, 6x MVP, 19x All-Star, 15x All-NBA selection (10 1st team), 11x All-Defensive selection (5 1st team), ROY, 2x scoring champ, 1x rebounds leader, 4x blocks leader, #1 all-time scorer, #3 all-time rebounder, #3 all-time in blocks (Taking into account that they weren't tracked for his 1st 4 years); career averages of 25/11/4 with 2.5 blocks per game

LeBron: 3x champion, 3x FMVP, 4x MVP, 12x All-Star, 12x All-NBA selection (10 1st team), 6x All-Defensive selection (5 1st team), ROY, 1x scoring champion, #11 all-time scorer; career averages of 27/7/7

And one can say LeBron brought a title to Cleveland, but Kareem won a title in Milwaukee :ld:

irrelevant because Dallas won in 2011 and swept the Lakers during that run, so that has nothing to do with Kobe accomplishing anything.

The Spurs were the tough competition for sure tho. But then you had score 120 give up 160 Phoenix Suns run-n-gun teams lol...

Bron still had to face those mid-2000s Pistons teams, the KG/Pierce/Allen Celtics and a very championship designed Orlando Magic. Those teams weren't easy by any stretch.
