Took em like 6 years but the Xbox Dashboard is finally on FLEEK

I’ve never had this experience on my base Xbox, my Xbox S or My Xbox One X.
Whole UI is laggy as hell. Once you start a game going back to the home screen is snappy. That’s one area the PS4 falls behind. On PS4 if I’m in a game and try to go back to the home screen or start a stream, it takes forever.

Not sure how, but here's how I remember and others will too. Before launch they was showing off how it worked instantly and @Rekkapryde was the main one saying how it wouldn't be as fast as demonstrated. Then it launched and was that fast. I made a video and posted it and rekka even admitted it was impressive. And you know he'll never do that unless he was impressed. Those types of moments stick out. Via Kinect it instantly did shyt. My problem is them showing this shyt during the reveal acting like it's all good. INSTANT SWITCHING AND SNAPPING FROM ONE THING TO ANOTHER.
If you playing a game and trying to have a snap in of live TV and running skype at the same time? That shyt gonna lag like a mufukka.
Don't forget they pulled this shyt with kinect acting like it was all good and smooth.

You do realize they removed Kinect functionality from the dash, revamped everything (which idiots praised) and now it's this slow unresponsive shyt we got now. Try to keep up bruhI don’t need a thread or video breh.
I can just hit the home button on my Xbox right now (I’m watching Frazier) and navigate to the store and see the lag as I open different titles up.
Supposedly it was more responsive before they started ripping Kinect out. I got mine after that so who knows. Currently it can be hit or miss and I think half of that is just bad network latency when it tries to refresh data. Like was mentioned, when bringing it up from playing a game it's ok.

It doesn’t look very attractive, but it does seem to be speedy...which to me is the more important factor.
I keep hearing about how bad the PlayStation dashboard is but the times I used that bytch move quick and snappy.
I been saying the Xbox dashboard is trash since the 360 because of how slow and laggy it is. Glad to hear from Microsoft themselves confirming what I been saying.

They still need to get rid of the banners/ads. Everything seems to be customizable besides that. I don’t need updates on my friends gamer score or what game is new.
