Bud basically admitting he wants a piece of that UK fight money after seeing the insane media hype for a washed fight. He'll probably try and get a Brook rematch in England and I can see Brook accepting it if the price is right.

The atmosphere for the ring walks was insane, Brook had some support but the place went crazy for Khan. He's just as popular as AJ over here.

Calm down, he really isn't :dwillhuh:. Khan is not, and was never selling out football stadiums. He's just the great brown hope for the Asians in the UK

neither were Naseem Hamed or Ricky Hatton, you think those two weren't just as popular? This fight easily could have filled out a football stadium, even Carl Froch sold out wembley and nobody knows who he is over here outside the boxing world. Meanwhile Khan's been on national television shows.

He's not dude. A big heavyweight star will always have more appeal than the smaller guys. Also, AJ has the women on lock. Being from the south doesn't hurt AJ either. Not to mention, rightly or wrongly people seem to find AJ more likeable in general. That Klitschko fight had way more hype behind it than any Khan fight.

Well Hatton did sell out Man Cities stadium. . . If you think this couldve sold out a stadium, why was it held at the MEN? The fight "sold out" in 1 hour but Khan has been on facebook for weeks trying to sell tickets (up until a few days before the fight). Cant recall seeing AJ having to do that

I'm not saying Khan isnt popular though :manny:
