Jusy seeing the clip... tough call.. boy thats a tough call. No jury would convict Tony based on dude being thay far on the track... so please dont beat this topic in the ground...

Past behavior is always brought up. Based on his reputation, he's an impulsive short tempered type of person. And we heard the rev of the motor right before he hits Ward. The autopsy will let us know the extent of his injuries and whether it looked like it was deliberate.

Everywhere...You never there.
But any person with a conscience would feel awful about running over a 20 year old guy. But like people have been saying his insistence on still racing today may be a combination of shock, denial, and just flat out arrogance.

Again, he's a brand, he's a business... he HAS to race.

And as the subject of an investigation, not racing implies guilt.

He HAS to race.

Doesn't make it right by any means, tho.

Me, you, others on here likely wouldn't race, abiding by some "moral code," but we're not in that world.

God damn. With the caveat that I don't know much about racing, I find it hard to believe Stewart would actually try to run someone over. I don't doubt that he tried to do something...make some kind of statement to the kid...but running him over seems far too crazy. What do I know though :sadcam:

Stewart racing today really is fukking ridiculous though. Embarrassing for all involved

The thing the prosecution can point to is that the car immediately in front of Tony passed the kid but Tony couldnt? I agree though, it will be tough to convict him. I hope the family is getting a lawyer.

Yeah, both Stewart and Ward have some blame in this. I don't even know what Ward was trying to prove by confronting drivers flying down the track but seems like Tony could have avoided him (like the driver ahead of Tony did) if he really wanted to.

Tony could have avoid the kid but at the same time, the kid shouldn't have came on the track until all the cars have stop. I can't tell if it was truly intentional by Stewart but for right now his ass needs to fall back and get his shyt together ASAP.

:childplease: he did run over the guy. What you should be saying is...if he wanted to avoid him he would have "he is a professional driver."

:what: are you talking about. STOP BEING A FAN and look at this for what it is. He murdered that boy
"I'm a professional driver but I'm not trained to dodge people in the middle of the track at 200mph :damn: I tried to dodge :to:" :duck:

absolutely

at the same time i dont think he meant to run over the guy, i think he meant to speed up and get close to him in a show of force or a fukk you of sorts and in that reckless moment his tires clipped him and we know the result. at best it was careless and reckless and the guy ended up dead and tony is responsible

This. That family definitely has a wrongful death case against Tony if no criminal charges are brought up.
:usure: they might try but kid was in the middle of the track running towards the cars, Tony gon lie his ass off and get away with it. If cacs can claim they see a weapon and shoot your ass and get away with it, imagine what they can do with this.
