Being a brother doesn’t equate getting put on

The Artemis guy from the gram related how siblings have differing experiences

Charlie was never put on, he played the back ground in a couple movies, he eventually found his way

Sean Connery never put his brother on because he was worried about being more coveted than him

The Isley brothers lil brothers tried to do their thing, a hit they were working on, got stolen by their big brother (Ron) and became a hit (i can’t remember the song but it’s a big hit)

shyt is hilarious to me lol. People are saying Chris Rock’s movies are bad while also saying Tony should’ve been in them. I mean Tony been doing shyt.. he even had a sketch comedy show that I’m sure nobody remembers…. If they even watched it

Would Tony being in these Chris Rock movies have helped his career more? Who knows, I know that he’s been working and people haven’t supported him in his current career. He’s just a guy to me. Not great, not horrible.. just a guy.

While i don’t expect Rock to be making casting decisions on any of his movies, that lack of communication when he did decide to have his brother in a movie makes me feel like they don’t respect Tony at all.

That’s the type of movement that would have me low-key beefing with my brother but he probably knows how Chris is after so many years and just accepts.

But that not calling him and letting him know where and when he was suppose to work is foul and unprofessional. I would have probably not shown up if they played with me like that.

When Chris got slapped, Tony couldn't even get on the phone with him lol Chris told his manager to talk to him and told his manager how to deal with him. I don't even think Tony Realized how low key disrespectful that was. No way Eddie isnt accepting Charlie's phone call in that exact same situation.

Chris dont fukk with Tony like that. He clearly sees him as a hot head, and for whatever reason (whether its insecurity or embarrassment) He doesnt want to bring him around his ppls in Hollywood or help advance his career.

I’ve always figured the two of them wasn’t close but usually whenever I’d see Tony, he’d be big upping his brother. Can’t say I’ve every seen Chris rep for his brother like that.

And, then when you add the stories to it. You can clearly see Chris has distanced himself from people who would be the ones who know him best.

For what reason? Who knows but it’s basically self serving.
